What is it? It's your own secure digital wallet linked to your email allowing you to stack, save, and combine small digital gifts and rewards.

No apps, no catch: You don't need to download anything or fill out a long sign-up form. Your Wallet is automatically created and linked to your email address.

Watch it grow: Every time you get a small eGift or have a few dollars left over on a Flexi eGift Card, just click "Add to Wallet."

Heads up! Not all GiftPay eGifts can be added to your GiftPay wallet. Only gift cards from selected senders allow you to add funds to your wallet.

Unlock your choice: As soon as your total Wallet balance hits $5 or more, you can cash out. You'll get access to our full default list of major retailers to swap your balance for a brand new gift card.

How can I add balance to my wallet? Whenever you receive a participating GiftPay Flexi eGift or have a small balance remaining on a Flexi eGift Card, simply click the "Add to my GiftPay Wallet" button. The funds will be instantly transferred and added to your total balance.

Security, Privacy & Data Protection
We collect your email address and optionally your mobile phone number solely for login authentication, account access, and security. Access to your Wallet is provided via an emailed link, making your Wallet's security dependent on your email account's security; maintaining your email's security is your responsibility. For enhanced protection, you can optionally set a Wallet password and link a mobile phone number for two-factor authentication (2FA). We never sell your data, share your details with third parties for marketing, or send spam. To facilitate eGift card use, prevent fraud, and maintain security, recipient and Wallet account data (including access logs) are securely retained for 3 years following a gift card's expiry or account closure. For accounts and gift cards with no expiry or long-term validity, data is retained for the duration of its active life plus 3 years.

Wallet Balance & Expiry
Your Wallet balance remains active as long as you use it and will only expire after 3 consecutive years of total inactivity. Account activity includes adding a new reward, redeeming a gift card, or logging in to check your balance. Your Wallet balance can be topped up at any time from eligible GiftPay Flexi eGifts, but cannot be cashed out or transferred to a bank account. A minimum balance of $5 is required to redeem funds for a merchant eGift card.

Retail Merchant Terms & Expiry
Once you convert any portion of your Wallet balance into a participating merchant's eGift card or voucher, that conversion is final, irreversible, and non-refundable, and the resulting card cannot be reloaded. A separate merchant gift card expiry date will apply, and any unused value after that expiry date will not be refunded or credited. GiftPay is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards once issued. Represented merchants are not sponsors of, nor affiliated with, GiftPay. All logos and trademarks belong to their respective registered owners. Please review each merchant's website for their specific card terms and conditions.
